This variety is very popular because it has a generally familiar honey taste but with a little extra boldness of flavor.  This honey will stand out in any recipe. Saw Palmetto is one of our most popular honey varieties.

Location:

Our hives are located in areas of southern Florida where Saw Palmetto plants grow naturally and in large quantities.  The Saw Palmetto grows almost exclusively in Florida which makes this a unique honey to this state.  The flowers from this plant are a major source of nectar for Honey Bees in this area.  Honey bees use this nectar to make honey.

Uses

Coffee or Tea

Saw Palmetto Honey is a great all natural sweetener for coffee, hot tea, and iced tea.

Everyday Use

Since this honey has a familiar honey taste, it can be used with just about anything.
