The flavor of this honey can be described as rich, bold, with similarities to molasses.  This is one of our most popular honey varieties due to it’s unique taste and health benefits. This raw and unfiltered honey has not been processed, altered, or flavored.

Location:

Buckwheat is grown in the Midwest and Northern states.  The presence of pollinators like honey bees has been proved to produce much higher yielding crops of Buckwheat.

Uses

Buckwheat honey has many health benefits which includes being very high in antioxidants and minerals.  It’s also great for helping with cough and cold symptoms.  This honey is great for cooking, marinades, breakfast toppings, and brewing beers.
